Here at The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, we believe that work can be fun.
It is important that we engage our customers and employees with the same mindset: It's fun to sell Bears, Pajamas, and Flowers. To help encourage this mindset, we make work fun by hosting annual Strawberry Shortcake Throw downs where the employees compete to hold the Golden Shortcup, annual Pumpkin Carving contests, summer long Bocce Tournament for the coveted Bocce Rock Star Award and many other fun events.
