Did I make the Internet order deadline?
All Internet orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 p.m. EST without embroidery will be processed the same day on an hourly basis. Weekend orders, and orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Friday will be processed on Monday. If your order was placed before 4:00 p.m. Mon-Fri, you made the weekday order deadline, but other factors - including embroidery, shipping option chosen, and credit card approval - will determine the arrival date of your package.

Did you get my Internet order?
Upon placing your online order, you will be directed to your Order Confirmation, which you may print for your records. Note that if you can see this Confirmation page, then your order has been successfully transmitted. # If you checked the "E-mail Copy" option on your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. # If you checked the "Package Tracking E-mail" option, you will receive an e-mail when your order ships, listing carrier information and a website address where you can track your package.

When will my Bear-Gram® gift arrive?
# The arrival date of your Bear depends on 1) the day your order was processed (see "Internet order deadline" above) and 2) the shipping option chosen. View our Shipping Charts when you are checking out to help calculate the date your package will arrive.
# Delivery time-of-day depends on the local carrier schedule in your area. Most orders delivered in the Continental U.S. are sent via Federal Express, who deliver throughout the day, and may deliver a package as late as 5:00 p.m. for businesses, hospitals, and schools and 7:00 p.m. for residences.

Did my Bear-Gram® gift get delivered?
If you suspect that your Bear-Gram® gift has not been delivered by the anticipated arrival date, please contact us and we will be happy to trace your package. Please remember that only Overnight, Saturday, and Holiday shipping options are guaranteed to be there on a certain day; all other delivery dates are estimates only.

What if I am not 100% satisfied with my Vermont Teddy Bear?
We want you to be 100% happy with your Bear-Gram® gift and service and we guarantee your satisfaction.
If for any reason you wish to return your Teddy Bear for an exchange or refund, packages may be returned to:

Please include in your package:
  • Name, Address, and Phone Number
  • Package ID# (located in the upper right-hand corner of your address label)
  • A note describing your return reason, and request for either a product credit or exchange.
Upon receipt of your Teddy Bear, we will issue you your product credit or exchange.
