Our production crew sews 750 Bears every day. That means we're building Teddy Bears to the tune of 150,000 Bears a year! Working in teams of 5-6 people, the production crews move between 14 different stations to sew 14 Bears at a time, instead of working on just one Bear part throughout the day, which can slow things down and increase the possibility of injuries. This way of sharing all aspects of the production process, known as Modular Manufacturing, allows the teams to work faster, safer, and more comfortably.
