How much do the Teddy Bears cost? How much does shipping cost?
A Bear-Gram® gift costs less than a dozen roses and lasts forever! Prices for Teddy Bears, outfits, and accessories vary, and do not include embroidery or shipping. Prices are noted on the individual Teddy Bear pages; embroidery is additional and priced per clothing item; shipping options and pricing can be found on our Shipping Information page.
What Teddy Bears do you have? Can I see a list?
There are several ways to look for a particular Bear and outfit on the Web site:
- View a group of Bears by category by choosing from the Popular Galleries list to the left.
- Search for the name of the outfit, Bear, or any key word that would describe what you are looking for.
Are all your Teddy Bears pictured on your website?
Although we have a HUGE selection of Bears and outfits on our site, it would be impossible to list all the Bear, outfit, and accessory combinations that we can make! If you do not see the outfit you are looking for, please call one of our Bear Counselors® at 1-800-829-BEAR for some creative suggestions for the perfect gift.
Can I order an outfit separately?
Yes, most of our outfits are available separately. Please call a Bear Counselor® at 1-800-829-BEAR for availability.
Can I order a custom Teddy Bear?
Many of our Bears can be customized by adding embroidery or a Bear-sized accessory to the outfit. If you do not see the outfit you are looking for, please call one of our Bear Counselors® at 1-800-829-BEAR for some creative suggestions for the perfect gift.
How is my Bear-Gram® gift delivered? Can I get same-day delivery?
Bear-Gram® gifts are delivered by a local carrier service like the Post Office or UPS®. These carriers do not deliver Bear-Gram® gifts in bear suits; our Teddy Bears love the spotlight and don't want anyone else but them to steal the show!
All Bear-Gram® gifts are shipped out from our factory in Vermont, USA and are not available for same-day delivery.
Can you gift-wrap the box?
All Teddy Bears are shipped in a fun, colorful box that needs no additional wrapping. Due to this, we do not have a gift wrapping service.
Can you send the Bear in a plain box? Without something that says "Vermont Teddy Bear" on it?
We're sorry, but we cannot send out a Bear in a plain box. Also, for shipping purposes, our packing labels must include our company name. (Don't worry, we're sure your Teddy and personal message will make a great surprise...)
Are your Teddy Bears safe for children?
Classic* Vermont Teddy Bears are 100% child safe when "Bear Nekkid". Please remove any clothing or accessories before giving to a child 3 years or younger. (*Mohair Bears are not recommended for children 3 years or younger.)
